Return Eligibility

Return and Refund Eligibility

1.1. All Goods sold and delivered by BorongSini are generally considered final, with purchases being typically non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. However, certain exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

1.1.1. The Goods delivered were not ordered by the customer.
1.1.2. Goods were damaged during delivery.
1.1.3. Goods delivered by BorongSini have a shelf life (expiry date) of less than 5 months from the date of delivery.
1.1.4. Goods with manufacturing defects.

For customers eligible for a return or refund under these circumstances, please follow the outlined exchange or refund procedure:

Exchange or Refund Procedure
1.2. If your situation aligns with any of the criteria mentioned in Section 1.1, initiate the return process within seven (7) days from the date of delivery to BorongSini's warehouse.

1.3. Ensure that the returned Goods are complete, matching the quantity of the original delivery, and with the packaging seal unbroken.

1.4. If the return is due to Section 1.1.1, BorongSini will arrange for the collection of Goods from the customer's designated delivery point.

1.5. In cases related to Sections 1.1.2, 1.1.3, and 1.1.4, customers may be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. If the return request is approved, BorongSini may, at its discretion, reimburse customers for these expenses with a Credit Note.1

1.6. To facilitate the return or refund process, customers must provide the necessary documentation, including a copy of the Purchase Order and Invoice, clear photographs of defects or damages, and a detailed explanation aligning with the conditions outlined in Section 1.

1.7. Incomplete documentation may lead to a rejection of the return request by BorongSini.

1.8. Upon receiving your return request, BorongSini will review it within a minimum of seven (7) working days. If approved, BorongSini will arrange a 1-on-1 replacement or offer a Credit Note for future purchases, depending on stock availability, or a cash refund to customers bank account within 30 working days.

We strive to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible, ensuring your satisfaction with BorongSini's products and services.

Discounted and Promotional Goods

2.1. Please note that all discounted and promotional Goods, including those acquired through BorongSini's special offers, clearance sales, or due to defects, are generally not eligible for returns or refunds. These sales are considered final.

Return Procedure

3.1. If the Goods meet the criteria specified in Section 1, customers may proceed with the return process, following these terms:

3.1.1. The request and the return of the Goods must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery to BorongSini's warehouse, depending on the customer's shop's location.

3.1.2. The Goods returned must be complete and match the quantity of the carton originally delivered. The packaging seal must remain unbroken.

3.1.3. If the return is related to Section 1.1.1, BorongSini will arrange for the collection of Goods from the customer's designated delivery point.

3.1.4. In cases related to Sections 1.1.2, 1.1.3, and 1.1.4, customers may be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. If the return request is approved, BorongSini may, at its discretion, reimburse customers for these expenses with a Credit Note.

Required Documentation

4.1. To process a return request, customers must provide the following documentation:

4.1.1. A copy of the Purchase Order and Invoice, along with the Order ID.

4.1.2. Clear photographs of any defects or damages on the purchased Goods, including images of the outer packaging, the packaging seal, the inner packaging, and the Goods themselves (required for return requests related to Sections 1.1.2 or 1.1.4).

4.1.3. A detailed explanation of the reasons for the return, aligning with the conditions outlined in Section 1.

4.1.4. It's important to note that incomplete documentation may lead to a rejection of the return request by BorongSini.

Request Review and Resolution

5.1. Upon receiving a return request, BorongSini will review it within a minimum of seven (7) working days from the date the request is submitted to BorongSini's customer service. If approved, BorongSini will proceed as follows:

5.1.1. If stock is available, a 1-on-1 replacement of the returned Goods will be arranged.

5.1.2. If there are no stocks available for replacement, BorongSini may offer customers a Credit Note, which can be applied to future purchases.

Revision of Policy

6.1. BorongSini reserves the right to revise this Returns & Refund Policy periodically. Customers are encouraged to check for updates.
