When will I receive my order?
- For Standard Delivery, orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days.
- For Express Delivery, orders will be delivered on the same day or next business day.
Where can I view my order invoices?
After your order is marked "Completed" you will receive an email notification with your order invoice attached. Alternatively you can download your invoices in the "My Accounts" page.
How do I get Free Delivery?
Free Delivery is only available in Standard Delivery only. To qualify for Free Delivery your order total must be minimum RM1500.00
The item i received is damaged, how can I exchgange or get a refund?
You must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will need to send us a photo of the damaged item(s). Our customer service will assist you with exchange or refund.
